1 Pullup (up), 20 Merkins (down) progress to 10 Pullups and 2 Merkins, one at a time for Pullups and 2 at a time for Merkins

Block Squats 1 to 10 and Bent over Rows 20 to 2

Reflection:

There is a lot of uncertainty in the nation right now, work your best to restist the negativity, help each other, remember that we are all human.  Resist yourself heading down the vortex of negativity. "Take the high ground or the high ground will take you"

I changed Dandelion's mind on this workout.  Imagine a workout where you do just a few things repeatedly over and over and over haha!  The weather was nice, Mater and Finkle worked hard as always, we all sweated, win.
