 A halftener (5) did something a little different in the gloom….

The Thang:

=>Mosey around the parkeing lot with some merkins, mountain climbers and squat thrusters

Warm up Michigan Sprint Series
Sprint to 1st tree – high knees x8
Sprint to 2nd tree – defensive slide x4
Sprint to 3rd tree – backwards x2
Sprint to 4th tree – mosey to blocks

Frisbee Golf
Grab a block and split into 2 teams
Each team plays 4 holes
Throw the frisbee, carry block to where it lands, do the exercise
Repeat until you finsish the hole
Complete all 4 holes

Rotate exercises as follows:

  • Curls x10
  • Press x10
  • Squat x10
  • Skull crusher x10
  • Swing x10
