September 22 is the Autumnal Equinox and it sure felt like fall.  At 6:20 the temp was a cool 45 degrees.  The PAX arrived dressed in long sleeves, pants, sweatshirts and ski hats prepared to endure the early morning chill.  Four of us started a lap and were pleasantly surprised to be intercepted by Mater & Dr Dolittle.  We did some active movement and stretching to get a bit warmer before taking it to the mat.

  • Sonar has a few extra cars in the driveway thanks to some of Tardis' buddies.  With no signs of life after 48 hours, he cautiously opened the door expecting a billowy cloud of smoke and instead got B.O.  Maybe a blessing and a curse.
  • Dr Dolittle suggested to Mater set up the cart outside the East Lincoln Animal Hospital as the doctors would be great patrons.  Location, location, location – a hot dog cart outside an animal hospital……
  • Scope shared a story of someone asking his M 'when she was due' although she was not pregnant. On a scale of 1 – 10 (1 feeling fine and 10 feeling horrible), that's a 257.
  • Hefty is nursing his ankle (Picture not included per commentary from Slack) back to health with a consult from Crawdad.  Stretch and heat, that'll be $150.
  • Mater mentioned at SVU they had to do 100 merkins and 100 squats, a rough follow up to IPC Week 3.  Who was the Q that did that to the PAX?  Mater.

Pleasure to lead.  Namaste, Bertha
