Basically did an adhoc workout that had a litle of everything. A couple of ladders, some wall stuff, broke out a vintage set of lawn darts (please don't tell the authorities) they were actually called Rocket Lawn Darts, no kidding. Then we finsihed the day with a freindly game of ultimate football (using the best football ever that had the Buckeyes logo on it).
All around a good workout, thanks to all the newer guys who endured the craziness and to all the OG's who already knew what they were in for.
