For my Dad’s 84th birthday we brought The Murph back to The Vanquisher. Incidentally, this AO has been taken over by a woman’s workout group (not FIA). We ran to St. Mark pull-up bars and commenced the beatdown. Toxic & Diehard called the odd numbers while Rocket & YHC called the evens. We ran back to GOE and called it a day. Now to prepare for the inevitable DOMS from this epic punishment. Until next month…
