Keeping Outlaw’s Record Intact

My preblast said we would run more than 3 and less than 6 which offended Outlaw! Apparently, he holds the record for the numbers of miles run at Java. So, since he and I were roommates during Bourbon Chase I promised him we would not run more than 3.2. And, according to my Garmin, we did EXACTLY 3.2.

Some ran fast, some ran slow, and we all stopped along the way to do some core exercises because…a strong core = a strong runner. (At least that's what I've been told)

Moleskin:

  • Rumor is Fenway showed up at 5:32! Guess he missed the preblast which stated we would promptly start at 5:31. He did hang around for coffeteria, so there is that
  • Mayhem also showed up for coffeteria. I don't know if he worked out somewhere else but he joined us for the most important part
  • Macbeth said there was quite the string of text messages last night regarding my Q and Q school, glad some guys made the tough choice
  • Outlaw went to Fission for Q school. I don't know about the rest of you but I really didn't think he needed it
  • There was a lot of chatter about the 3 6-man P200 teams that have been formed, we reached a unanimous decision that it is crazy. However, if you want to be a part of the craziness there is the start of a 4th team and just a few more HC's would round it out. Reach out to Jolly Roger for the details.
  • Callahan asked about the group doing the Rim to Rim to Rim run, shortly after he asked the question four of the Goatbusters showed up to give us the details. They're doing it on the 15th of this month, keep them in your thoughts and prayers that day
  • Thug thanks for the EH to Q Java. There is quite a few open spots, sign up, it's a fun Q and is followed up with an even better coffeteria
  • As always, thank you Mailman for EH'ing me…it's the nicest thing you've ever done for me

AYE
