West Side Getting Bigger


Some chose to run before, some chose to run during.  Only those who stayed for boot camp got credit.

we stayed with a cool 400m jog to warm up.  Warm up then consisted of…

  • 20x SSH
  • 15x IST
  • 15x Toy Soldier
  • 10x Carrot Puller
  • runners stretch on not sides 

all in cadence

then we lined up for the Washington Football Team Run.  800 more meters logged.

The Pax were still chatty, so we used the hill to quiet the mumble chatter.  2 ladders with squats and merkins, coupled with hill sprints quieted things down.

then we stretches for five glorious minutes.  Oh those were amazing and Carpet Bagger told stories of a truck driver show that got kind of weird.  Back to exercises.

we grabbed blocks and in cadence…

  • 15x full curls
  • 10x overhead presses
  • 10x skull crushers
  • 10x block squats
  • 10x chest oresses
  • 10x block ups
  • 10x 8 count burners 

with 600 calories burned, we gave the PAC what they wanted and ended with 15 minutes of ultimate frisbee.

805 calories burned, 11 tired men, and 1.8 miles logged.  Good work!
