25 KB Curls, 25 side lunges

Repeat x2

Run 400m

 

Set 3:

25 Horiz. KB Skull crushers, 25 KB dead lifts 

Repeat x2

Run 400m

 

Repeat sets, stop at 43 minutes.

    Most made it through 2 rounds of everything and Bagboy and Landline had a few minutes of Mary
