10 Merkins leave block run back to 1st hoop
5 burpees run back to 2nd hoop 10 Merkins zamparini to 3rd hoop
15 squats leave block run back stopping at each hoop doing Merkins and burpees then run back to block stopping at each hoop doing appropriate exercises.
Pick up block at 3rd hoop zamparini to 4th hoop and 20 LBC
Zamparini back to the 1st hoop stopping at each hoop doing exercise

Same suicide procedure with hoops but zamparini the whole time

Great work by all the men today who showed. There was no mumble chatter as everyone was working very hard.
Let me share what I shared with them in this morning. No matter how this election turns out, many are so concerned with who’s going to win. Romans 1:16-17 says “ for I am not ashamed of the gospel for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes to the Jew first and also to the Greek for in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith as it is written the righteous shall live by faith .” We cannot expect men who are fallen and fallible to have the power to change anything. Neither Donald Trump nor Joe Biden can do what only Christ can.
