10 PAX emerged for pre-dawn scramble down the greenway. Here are the highlights…
The Thang
Take Wynfield Creek Pkwy straight down to the Greenway, hang a right, over the two bridges, hang a right, and go until you hit the crosswalk at Bradford Hill Ln. Turn around and retrace the route, but continue on all the way to Rosewood Meadow Ln. Turn around and retrace route back to clubhouse.
This made a nice T shape of a route, with tons of flexibility for different paces and distances. While the planned route was 5-3/4 mi, we had distances range from 4.5 to 10 mi.
Moleskin
- Several PAX got some extra miles before and/or after.
- Cherry Bomb, Little Finger, and Kumquat led the pack with Crablegs close behind.
- There was talk in COT about trying to somehow link up the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot with a football game just after. I'll reach out to Hippie to check on possibilities. If everyone's kids would just get up at 0630 like Cherry Bomb's kids, this could work out quite nicely.
