The regulars were in full force with a surprise guest….MYSTERION! Great to have him with us after his adventure with Kaz Kas Cas Kuz the unabomber. He showed strong and they survived the weekend at Lake James. Sounded like fun!
We got going with our usual walk and then went into mostly Yoga poses with some of our dependable stretching.
It was November. it was humid. It was refreshing. We had a contest to see who could touch their elbows behind their back, but with all dudes it left a bit to be desired.
