11 Came out even though they saw the preblast with blocks, add in some plates and I think everyone got their upper body workout in. As a note Good life was in attendance but his name is not entered.

Cinder block but touch plate press out x 10

 

Partner up…

Partner 1 – Curl with Skull crusher 

Partner 2 – run to parking space line – line jumps x 10

Flip flop  – 4 rounds

 

Glute Bridge plate Bench press x 10

Plate Reverse Skull Crusher x 10

Plate hold crunch x 15

 

Grab both plate and block…

 

Zamperini to 1st tree

1st Tree – 1 curl  / 1 overhead press  / 1 Burpee

Run back to starting point – 5  merkins

Run back to block

Zamperini to 2nd tree

1st Tree – 1 curl  / 1 overhead press  / 1 Burpee

Run back to starting point – 10 merkins

Go all the way up to 5 of each and 25 Merkins

Carpet Bagger’s plates are becoming a thing, 2nd time using them and they get the job done, he even has a new carrying case for them…getting fancy.

I was asked as we grabbed the weight that this contradicted the pre-blast….oh we also grabbed the center blocks too.

Popcorn is becoming a beast he was out front and pounding through each exercise. Strong work!!
