FNG-1 Country Living
Monday Run-day was relay style with 10 PAX and myself! Not a bad morning for my first Q.
Warm-up:
- 20 SSH-IC
- 10 WM-IC
- 10 TS-IC
- 10 Grandma Maters-IC
- Right over left stretch
- Left over right stretch
Workout:
Tour around the parking lot showing all the stations for the relay and split the PAX into two teams of 5.
- Station 1- 5 burpees
- Station 2- 20 squats
- Station 3- 20 mountain climbers
- Station 4- 20 dips
- Station 5- 10 derkins
PAX could not move forward and had to plank until tagged. Rules were loosely followed…and nobody seemed to be hype about winning:(
2 Minutes of MARY
- 10 Freddie Mercury's
- 10 Pretzel crunches each leg
- 20 LBC's
Recover Recover
Reflection- I shared with the team abou the importance of loving your neighbor. I used the story about our brother Marker showing love to his neighbor in a time of desperate need. He showed a lot of compassion and courage toward her and we should follow his lead. Way to go Marker!!!
Mumble Chatter- Marker's favorite movie is Casablanca; I don't remember anything else because I waited too long to do this.
