3. Do the 3 L steps side straddle jump followswith squad to 10 yards and run to the end Zone ,come back to 20…going;

wait te girls soccer teams started to show up and one of the coach approached the tallest guy Mosses NOT others,lol (why they always go to the tallest guy…ehhhmmmm)

 

We modify the workout to 50 yards until 7.30am and we move to Broadway

 

We do some burpees,squads,lunges and followed by run a whole soccerfield

we do natural ginastica until Flash gave us a 5minutes warning.

Great work by everyone this morning.  Buttercup almost beat Moses on the sprint by football field
