25 seconds workout

4 exercises per set equals 1 round approximately 9 1/2 minutes

KB swings 

KB up right rows

Squats

Run around back section of the parking lot

Burpees

Skoal claps

KB press

Windshield wipers

 

Run around back section of 1/2 the parking lot

 

Round 3

 

KB skull crushers 

KB kid launchers 

Mericans 

Low flutter 

 

Run to end of parking lot and back 1/4 of the parking lot

KB squat to press

KB curls

Carolina Dry docks

Dragonfly lifts

 

 

Recover recover 

 

Moleskin:

 

Workout ran over by 3 minutes but everything was completed. 

 

It was a little chilly this morning and we thought maybe the church could block the wind but that wasn’t the case.   It didn’t matter as things heated up pretty quickly. 

 

There wasn’t much chatter as the 3 PAX worked hard through the 25 second intervals.
