To the courtyard

  • 100 burpees in 10 minutes was discussed at BBBroga on Thurs.  Some thought it'd be easy, some thought difficult.  Only one way to find out (YSWIDT)!  There was a motion to disallow any workout suggestions arising out of discussion at BBBroga
  • It may have been mentioned that between The Murph, Finkle's Ladder and YHC's beatdown today there was an obscene amount of burpees and merkins done at Mustang this week
  • Every man was taken at his word on the number of burpees completed no matter how many times he lost count.  Some requested a repeato.  Maybe next time.  
  • Bear crawl and crab walk around the flower bed seemed like a good idea on paper was a real crowd pleaser 
  • There was plenty of awkward silence in the courtyard while planking – makes the Q feel good
  • Baseline has been set on your number of burpees in 10 minutes – homework is try this at least 3x per week and see how fast you improve.  
  • Plenty more MC and laugther that YHC was unable to recall after a strong coffeeteria
