Mosey to intersection near Robin's park where 9Lives dissed a guy for not using his directionals, driver was going straight!. CFD – our finest. 🙂
Frogged said he was dressed to ventilate, but spent more time and effort venting about, well, everything.
We tried to do Muhammed Ali's on the circle in Robin's Park, but nearly got run over. (we performed Merkins as well).
We got to the picnic tables without a scratch where we did some People's chair, air presses, Suzanne Summers, etc.
Off to Elevation Church and Soprano and Riverboat didn't care to spend time with us. More Merkins (I think), step back lunges and we were off to Crafty Burgers for some curb Merkins (L and R) and finally, some safe Muhammed Ali's – no one could get run over. Surprised what a challenging exercise that is for some.
We regrouped at Walgreen's for more People's chair and wrapped up with some Balls to the Wall, ending with a Soprano countdown in spanish.
It's crazy that Popcorn, from California, dressed like it was 60 degrees out. thanks guys. It's always a great start of the day with ya'll. We wrapped up with 6-7 for coffee!
