10 came to party at The Wilderness for a little Christmas Eve White Elephant Pain Exchange, where we took turns calling either our 'most hated' or 'most embarrassing' exercises. We did everything from Burpees to Cheer Leaders, and shared a considerable amount of mumble-chatter.
