The first Fartlek of 2021 convened at 0510. 9 Pax and YHC braved the elements of cold/drizzle for 5 to 6 miles.
The route for today's fartlek was a trip to the greenway heading to the neighborhood behind TCE for a loop and then back to the AO. YHC missed the turn and cut the route which would have been 5.98 miles to just over 5.50 miles instead. Rookie mistake from a seasoned veteran. Oh well it happens.
