DonHo planted the seed on Twitter. YHC takes a Q at Gaga, Hoodie takes a Q at Dragon Slayer. Hoodie never though it would happen but to his surpise, there I was on the calendar. Qbert surprised us all and posted at Gaga! Here's what went down.
Run to Lake Norman Island, back up 73 to the greenway, greenway to Westmoreland, back to Robbins Park. Total mileage covered would be ~6.2 (AKA a 10K). Kumquat was out in front with Frodo pretty much all of the time. Qbert felt rough coming back from Lake Norman Island so YHC picked him up and we ran back to Robbins and toward the greenway to see if we could pick up the pax as they made their way through the route. The range of mileage was between 5.75 and 6.3. Everyone got stronger and some maybe even faster!

- Apparently we don't pick up the six at Gaga! YHC was quickly reprimanded.
- Hoodie has the Q at Dragon Slayer next Thursday! I hear Anchovy is an HC.
- Rumor has it that speedwork is coming back to Gaga next week…S2K.
