4 Bailey Road faithfuls rolled out of their vehicles before the 7:00 launch, exchanging pleasantries and wondering what the Q had in store. Seeing as how I had the rudimentary workings of a plan, I took a few suggestions along the way.

Mosey to BMS football field and grab rocks for a tabata workout (8 seta of 20 seconds exercising, 10 seconds rest). Per Canuck's request, after each tabata exercise, we ran a lap.

With 5 minutes left, we did a rould of BLMF'ers x12 back at launch point.
Moleskine:
– Good discussion around artists: Canuck doesn't like rap, Jersey Boy likes the Beatles, and Moses doesn't care as long as he can push himself by running faster, working out with a bigger rock, etc.
– With the LBCs and Supermans in the warm-up, I managed to get everyone cold everywhere except their hands — so we grabbed rocks for the workout
– Canuck led BLMFers and took us out. Glad your mom is doing better. We also prayed for Tik Tok and his family and noted that there is a sign up for meals going.
– Moses, JB, and I grabbed coffee and held coffeeteria at Moses's house
– Thanks for the support, men. And Moses won the award for attending all three of my Q's this week. Both Canuck and Jersey Boy attended two, which is also great.
