Ham stretch, LT over RT, RT over LT
Grandma Mater’s x 10IC
Thigh Stretch RT/LT
 
The Thang:
Run LBH with 10 Burpees at the top of the hill, head back to playground
2 Rounds of Pull/Back Circuit
1. 10 Pullups
2. 15 Australian Rows
3. 15 B/O Block Rows
4. 15 Good mornings
 
Run LBH with 10 Burpees at the top of the hill, head back to playground
2 Rounds of Push/Tri’s Circuit
1. 30 Merkins
2. 15 Skull Crushers
3. 20 Dips
4. 25 Incline Merkin
 
Run LBH with 10 Burpees at the top of the hill, head to parking lot
2 Rounds of Squat/Lunges
1. 30 Squats
2. Walking Lunges to top of parking lot
3. Side Lunges, Left halfway up, Right other half of parking lot
 
Mary:
1. 20 LBC’s IC
2. Side LBC, LT and RT 15 reps each
3. Superman x 10 IC
4. American Hammer to 6:15
