  • Grip continuing the 2021 F3 tear……first one in the parking lot waiting for the rest of us. Leading the Pax in attendance. Told us he came to stay #1 on attendance but we know he loves the running. Texted again last night confirming there would be some miles this morning. You're the man Grip…..keep it up.
  • El Tigre out this morning and crushing it as usual. Stroking the Pussy(cat) story got more airtime at today's workout. I think at this point El Tigre's story is competing with the Deuce in the Woods episode from a few years ago…..
  • Pinky came in hot – extra credit to the good doctor – ran to and from again and pushed the pace all morning long.
  • Lots of admiration for El Tigre's street rocket after the workout. 390HP in a little 4-door sedan…..lookout fellas. Also some good vacation talk this morning. Think we're all looking forward to some vacation soon
  • Q felt bad (and caught some feedback) about shorting the Pax by 50 pull-ups, but justified given the extra mile running over the normal 2 for the murph.
  • Prayers this morning for Pinky's sister Anne, Natty's father, Surf's MIL, Q's co-workers and several other things. Gave a lot of thanks for all our blessings too.
  • Thanks for letting me lead today fellas. Great work.
