The Thang:

4 rounds of 15 reps of each exercise with dumbbells.  Complete 4 rounds of a line before moving on to the next line…

  1. Curls / Bent Rows / Hammers
  2. Masons / W's / WWII's
  3. Bridge Bench / Bridge Fly / Close Handed Boat Press
  4. Squat Press / Calf Raises (20 reps) / Lunges (20 ea leg)

Moleskin:

  • Pax completed a bunch of reps this am!   As stated in the title, Metal + Reps = Mass bro
  • Q picked on different muscle groups, biceps line 1, abs line 2, chest line 3, legs line 4.  Four back to back rounds of a bunch of reps of a muscle group will definitely add mass to that group.
  • G-rip, G-ripped in mid sentence, the toothless one spoke!
  • Rambler and BOF have been consistently coming to workouts at Muscle Beach, great work gentlemen!
  • Got a few grunts and moans, especially on the 4th round of a line
  • Congrats Grip and Slow Roll for leading the MIL F3 pax in attendance in 2021. Close race between these two.  
  • Thanks Natty for providing the tunes!  
  • Q suggests saying "honor" after someone whose age is 60 or older.  The 60 and older goup definitely show off their skills at this workout!
  • Prayers lifted up for Joyce and PWC workers.
