Three dudes came out on a damp morning to The Quarry to shoot some dice in the schoolyard. Yahtzee!!!!

Each die has six sides. Do one set of cardio first (various, see below) then roll three dice. Do three of the following exercises based on the numbers that came up on the dice that were rolled

  1. = Mercans x 20 reps

  2. = Curb Dips x 20 reps

  3. = Freddie Mercury x 20 reps

  4. = Burpees x 10 reps

  5. = Squats x 20 reps

  6. = Alternating Lunges x 20 reps

We did 5 rolls of three dice per set.  The cardio set at the beginning before the dice rolls included 1) side straddle hops x 50 and 2) high knees x 50

  • Temps were not in the mid-50s as advertised in the pre blast. iPhone fail?

  • Dice is a better rainy day sheltered workout then cards? Debate

  • Potential for an MILF3 outdoor fellowship bar crawl in Belmont during the afternoon of Saturday February 6th (weather permitting) which is the day before the Super Bowl if you are scoring at home. More to come.
