In the glorious F3RCUSA, many of us have challenged ourselves to better ourselves by increasing our workouts. This has resulted in more than the usual groaning, limping, soreness and agitation that is usually found in the warm-o-rama. I decided to focus todayon a combination of your good old kettlebell workout, with some hardly ever done in RCUSA: stretching.
Now, I cannot remember the exact order, because it just came naturally as I am an outstanding Q , the workout went something like this:
Warmoarama
- 3 burpee penalty for YHC for showing up late after rucking
- SSH
- IST
- Rockettes
- Merkins
- Peter Parker
The thang:
- 3 Kettlebell exercises
- 30-60 second stretching
- mosey around the parking lot.
- Repeato
- Recover recover
Moleskin
After being inspired by our vey own Goodell, I decided to introduce this marvelous idea called stretching to the workout. While there was some hesitation and some expected mumble chatter, the PAX seemed to embrace it. I'm usually pretty beat the rest of the day. yet today I dont feel that bad. Thank you to Yukon for lending me the keys to the Intimidator. Continued prayers for our brothers who are going through hardship right now.
