The Snake:
Round 1
- Start off at the pylon on the goal line and complete 3 burpees>>>>>run to the opposite side of field to the next pylon and complete 3 burpees>>>>>Lunge walk the side line to the 10 yd line and complete 3 burpees>>>>> run to the opposite side of field to the 10 yd line and complete 3 burpees. Continue this pattern until you reach the pylon on the opposite goal line(100 yds).
Round 2
- 10 squats instead of burpees/ bunny hops instead of lunges
(Total of 21 stops for 63 burpees, 210 squats)
Mosey around the track to the stairs (Uncle Rico’s call)
- Wheelbarrow (P1 and P2 ) to top of steps while 3rd person hops on right foot ½ way up and then switches to left foot til you reach the top, then flip flop until each person gets his chance.
Mosey to the pullup bars
- 10 pullups OYO
- Dips x 15 IC
Mosey to the bathrooms
- Touch dem heels x 15 IC
- Step ups x 10 (each leg) OYO
Head back to start for Mary and some stretching
Mary:
- WWII with legs spread touching opposite foot on the up x 10 IC (Jersey Boy)
- Pretzel Crunch x 10(each side) IC (Uncle Rico)
- Homer to Marge with low flutters x 20 IC (YHC)
- Multiple leg stretches 3 mins (Jersey Boy)

Thanks to Jersey Boy and Uncle Rico for showing up this frigid morning, so I didn’t have to sad clown my 1st Q at BRP. Uncle Rico is always a beast and Jersey Boy has the flexibility of a gymnast……from here on out this name shall be “Gumby”.
