In any case, I sucked it up and headed to LFC only to be motivated quickly as I fell in line on Gilead Road behind old reliable, Red October. Well, at least we are gonna workout……. Hat Trick, who has become a Samson regular these days, rolled in shortly after and we were off……

Zamporini back towards sheltered area stopping at each island to perform 5 Merkins; 10 LBCs; 5 Squats
At sheltered area (by the way, Hat Trick was very impressed with this space so you might find him there at a random time sipping a cold one in front of the fire!!!!) we did 3 sets of ladder workouts with 20 step ups with block in between each set:
Set one: Incline Merkin/Curls
Set Two: Dips/Skull Crushers
Set Three: Decline Merkins/Shoulder Press
Head back to return blocks: Repeato at each island like we did on the way down
