In what seems to be becoming the norm, we began staring at each other wondering who would take lead and yogi this thing (can you use yogi as a verb?)
Since YHC appeared to be in some sort of pose, he was elected to start off and, therefore, will take credit for the Q.
We led off with some child's pose stuff and just wandered around with his arms and shoulders until we managed to get into baby cobra (I miss you too, Finkle), cat cow and other unnamed twisted configurations.
When then moved around the cricle to Dr. Doolittle then Clark then ShakeWeight then Broke.
There was much wandering off the reservation as each person seemed to find something different they needed to focus on. Glad to see "you do you" find it's way into BBBroga (not that way, Clark!)
Like most of our bretching sessions, mumble-chatter was awesome, some things were said that probably shouldn't have been, and body parts that weren't meant to pop or creak did just that. In other works, perfect BBBroga.
Those that weren't there were missed. Looking forward to getting back to Bible study following the stretch next week!
