It’s Not the Stairs, but We Took Some Steps

We made our way to the Shelter at the Methodist church and brought some blocks along. 
 

Warm ups 

20 SSH IC

10 windmills IC

10 Toy Soldiers IC

20 Monkey Hunpers IC

the thang

One end of the gazebo start with 5 squats

then stop half way for 15 curls 

after that go to the far end of the gazebo for 25 merkins

go half way back for 15 curls

then go back to the start and do 10 squats 

return to the middle for 15 curls

go to the far end for 20 merkins. 
 

keep the pattern going until you get 25 squats and 5 merkins while stopping in the middle for curls

1 minute of pole sits. My pole had nails in it.

do the same pattern as before except for do step ups starting with 5. 2 is 1. With 10 skull crushers in the middle and merkins on the far end. Starting with 25. Ending with 25 step ups 2 is 1 and 5 Merkins.

A lot of mumble chatter, but I can't remember since there has been 2 days since then

This workout was supposed to be at the stairs, but with the chance of ice and snow that may have been dangerous.
