THE F3 Denver Friday Fun Run – Vibration Analysis, Pollen and Frozen Castles

14 men spit in the face of Ol' Man Winter and started their warm weekend off right.

 – We did the boat ramp, Trails End, Dellinger and back entrance

 – Already starting to see the pollen in our headlamps

 – Shake Weight carefully analyzed and constructed a vibration-proof water waist belt

 – Strudel is doing a bit of "clean living", dropping the beer and spicy thai for the past week

 – FNG 1 is Einhorn, who is getting back in touch with his inner running self.

 – Country Livin' shows up 3 minutes late, but luckily we went that direction so that we can experience his full cotton warmup suit that Shirley says reminds him of a Rocky workout.  Dandelion also said it works because he has a perfect a$$ SMH.

 – Shirley took home the prize of the day, taking home of life-sized version of the Frozen castle to his woodland homestead. Next time it's show and tell day please let everyone know.

 – TL joins us for 5 of his 12 total this morning.  He also gave us an awkward lesson on how he straps on his headlamp to his hand.

 – Boucher spends the entire time with the lead pack today.  Be careful, I saw Fabio sizing you up today.

 – Gecko made us all very sad, when he said that he'd be back to work full time next week and that we'd be seeing less of him.

 – I didn't say hi to Mater at the start, but I didn't get called out on it either.  He seemed to like the Dellinger hill today.

 – Mini-Hippo Fabio ran around like a middle-aged school boy, zooming front to back and side-2-side.  He also reeked of 3D Crunch Doritos.

 – GW gave us a run-down on the various disapproving grunt noises that his son makes when voicing his displeasure

 – Dandelion is envious of Crabby Patty's van and exclaims that he may go out an buy 2 of them today for work
