Warmorama:

SSH, Windmills, stretching, Cherry pickers

The Thang:  dumbbell workout with 20 reps of each exercise

  • Curls / Hammer / 2 Way Bent Row
  • OH Pull Press / Boat Press / Bridge Fly
  • OH Pull Crunch / Scaption Crunch / Cockroach
  • Spit Squats / Curl, Squat, Press / DL Row

Moleskin:

  • Grip is leading the pax in workout attendance in the MIL region, strong work bro!
  • Lot  of reps, lot of fun.  
  • Q pulled out new board this am that Scury gave him for Christmas, good since it was a little moist this am.
