AO

Eeyore got me to commit to doing the Vern monthly. I went out and signed up for a Q on Vern Tuesday so I did what I could and tried to appease all.  Not sure I ended up appeasing anyone but when all was said and done we were tired and sweating in 36 degrees.  Here is what we did:

Warm up-we stayed in place hoping for one or two more and werent dissapointed when Moses rolled in at 5:30:30.  Side straddle, windmill-my first compliment on my windmills-thank you very much Qbert, arm cirlces, imperial storm troopers, merkins.

The Thang:

Run through the park down hill to circle and back up to rock pile.  Part of that was a preivew lap which was a good idea because it was clear it was too long so we adjusted the route. Pick a rock and start the real work.

Do an exercise then run specified distance down the hill and back
Curls, Squats, Skull crusher, Chest press, V-ups, Plank after complete each round to let the 6 catch up.
5 Rounds of 5 exercises, 30 reps, then 25, 20 15, and 10 (no time so no running bewteen exercises for round of 10.  Ran back, merkins, 5 burpees, class dismissed.

Qbert not only complimented my windmills but also seemed to enjoy the playlist this am, appreciate it sir!  Gents, the Viking is an awesome A/O and the company wasnt too shabby either.  After many failed mobile ordering attempts 8 went to coffeeteria where 10 cups of coffee were ready to be consumed.  Thanks for the opportunity Wafflehouse!
