6 LKN hardchargers sandwiched a Java loop between St. Patrick's Day TMO convergence and kickoff of 2021 QvQ. Oh and there's a little relay south of the border starting tomorrow, too.
Route was simple out and back with stops at KP fountain, Robbins Park pavilion and Urban Air. YHC took full advantage of curbs, tables and walls for pain stations that kept the Pax dry. Pain was mix of shoulders (Merkins, Decline Merkins, dips and Decline Peter Parker's); legs (squats, Apollo Ono's, step ups, people's chair) and core. Strong work by all!
