2. Knockout didn’t say more than 2 words the whole time. Probably so used to Toxic talking incessantly he didn’t know what to do
3. Kachow flew in and flew out, like a superhero. He crushed the burpee suicides just to show off
4. Apparently Omega has been training his dog to attack the Q when he doesn’t like the exercises called. (Ouch!)
5. Uncle Rico posted because he was looking for a tough work-out- he’s an over achiever. I hope it lived up to your expectations.
