So this is week number 2 and it was cold. A great turn out considering it was cold and the water bucket challenge was going on. But as you can see we had 4 FNGs get named is a big deal. Just awesome!
We started to jog to warm up, it was cold. Ran down the road and circled up at the intersection.

– Toy Solder x 20
– 5 burpees
– Windmill x 20
– Long snapper x 10
– merkins – 15
Jog down to the end of the street to where Swing and I hid the blocks
– Curls for the girls x 15
– Squats x 20
– shoulder press x 15
– bent over rows x 20
– lawn mower x 10 each arm
Dora up the hill, partner up. Run up the hill, Quad back
– 100 merkins – divided evenly
– 100 squats – divided evenly
A few more burpees and merkins
Head back for mary
– LBC
– Touch them Heels
– Low flutter
– Homer to Marge
