FNG-1 is Chris – Handyman and Licensed Home Inspector. First visit. Welcome!

FNG-2 Is Raider who is an F3 brother visiting Finkle and hails from the Henderson/Asheville area.

YHC is nursing a nagging hamstring/sciatica issue, so trying to stay away from fast and/or long runs. Rather, I’m told the best way to deal with it and prevent future problems is to really strengthen the glutes and supporting muscles, hence the glute/quad-heavy workout. Hope you enjoyed it.

Prior to warm-ups I tested out a new move similar to the SSH, but with rainbows and glitter. I’m pretty sure it was Richard Simons' signature move. Will try it out on the group during new Q if I’m feeling sassy.

Clark left his love glove in front of the gym. Real classy.

On a serious note, a hiker died this weekend at Linville Gorge. If I understood Sparrow correctly this morning, his Civil Air Patrol friends and colleague might have been part of the rescue effort. Please keep the victim's family and those involved in the rescue effort in prayer.

As always, an honor.
