20 PAX and one puppy turned out and turned it up for an epic QvQ at the Blender. let me tell ya, – it was pretty goddamned glorious. It ain't the 45 minutes… it's what happens in that 45 minutes.
Here is what happened
Cherry Bomb led us in the warmup with a quick mosey and warm up of Side Staddle Hops, Slow Squats, Dwight Schrutes and my favorite the Moroccan Night Club.
Stapler was up first
- Bear crawl mosey – Damn Kosar can move in the bear crawl.
- Exercises – As Qbert correctly pointed out, all the ones I know. Turns out I can last 20 minutes which is not bad for a guy my age
- Threw in some stretch to get the Frogger vote, J-Low for the Amen vote and a Green Sally like song for the Toxic vote. Yes, I will pander to the PAX for votes.
Scrappy was up next – He brought the pain, a little confusion and some shame as partner exercises often do, especially in a well lit parking lot when you make eye contact with your partner (My apologies to Hat Trick he unfortunately had to partner with me, Hahaha)

Hard fought Qing by Scrappy. I eked out the win. I am thankful it wasn’t a tie, because I want no part of wrestling with Scrappy.
