20!?!? of Isotope's fittest men came to see what YHC could cook up for the lab today.  Here's what we did.

Auto, DonHo, Jedi and Lighthouse met the standard for ~3 miles.  Unconfirmed rumors of Ramrod attempting to save Jedi for ~.5m.

Recover, Recover

Moleskine:

  • Sweat season is almost upon us.  Man, was it was hot in that deck.  Extra t-shirt in the car time
  • Etch loves burpees.  Or complaining.  Or maybe complaining about burpees?
  • Apparently, YHC needs Q school since I don't say "recover"  after each exercise *shrug*
  • Everyone worked hard and did a lot of burpees.  It was awesome
  • CarpetBagger seemed unimpressed we didn't lift heavy things
  • Breakfast Club has a ton of things to say for someone who doesn't Q..ever.
  • GB's were out in force this AM.  Strong work pushing the pace
  • It's true that YHC wanted to do the infamous 'cliffhanger pullups' but was too short to reach the rafters on level 2 
  • We prayed for Liger's friend, Russ, who had a heart attack on the ball field this past weekend and is hopefully on the road to recovery
