Moleskin:

1.  Don Ho, Lego, Cherry Bomb, Auto, Enron hit the Standard for 2.0 extra miles knowing YHC would do 2.5ish.  Good call GoatBusters.   The weather was nice and brought out the pattened Goatbusters' performance  running tank.  For the record, the tank top is a bad look.  Frodo is the worst offender.  You were missed today, but your soccer arms were not.

2.  Enron lost 8 pounds of water weight. There's always one guy making sweat angles during Mary exercises.  Aye Enron.

3.  Bunyan came out to keep me straight.  Respect.  I may have called you Bam Bam a few times.  And you helped me call Bam Bams correctly.  Give to give.  Live to give.  Both. Aye.

3.  Kachow came out hot. Also a sweaty mess by the end.  Thanks for the COT prayer.  Good reminder to love others.

4. Don Ho had some extra juice today and kept a grueling pace for the Hot Laps. Refusinix on the skipping. I had no choice but to be dragged across Hollywood's concrete playground as he pulled us from deck to deck. The backwards hat made up for the unstylish performance tank.

5.  Cherry Bomb kept me honest on burpee jumps. #IntegrityQ

6.  Qbert actually has jury duty tomorrow and may be in my jury pool.  There's no way he gets selected after I pull his criminal record from the military.

7.  Turncoat said this was a "Varsity" workout.  I am glad you enjoyed my pain offering.  I was struggling on the Bam Bams.

~ 2.5 mi. total running

Thanks for the opportunity to lead Don Ho.  This group is so solid (despite the cut downs above).  I'm proud to call you men brothers.   You make me a better man like the Pearl Jam song.

Aye,

Scrappy
