Wet Moleskine
- Much complaining about working out in the rain and everything being too wet. The Q reminded the pax about the 5 core principles of F3.
- The conversation very quickly went from PG to PG-13 to R. This is why we don't invite women to our workouts. If any wives could hear us, it'd be a night on the couch.
- YHC promised no burpees and not a single burpee was done! We just did 60 pull-ups, 55 jump squats, 60 dips, and 90 mericans. But no burpees!
- Amen did a double-grunt. Toxic may never recover.
