Woke up this morning, had my plan. Opened the garage and saw the rain…plan needed to change. Considered some modifications on my 2 minute ride to Arnies. Thought it best to avoid the slippery bars and soggy groun in pullup forest so we skipped that station but were able to stick to the other plans without much griping from the PAX. This is what we did:
Warm up Mosey around the lot
Warm up, side straddle, imperial storm troopers, windmill, arm circles, mountain climbers merkins
Grab a block
in cadence 20 of each: curls, skull crushers, squat to press, chest press, sit ups
Run 1.5 laps end up at curb by picnic benches
in cadence 20 Muhammad Ali,
Head to picnic benches OYO 20 of each: Decline merkins, Squats, Dips, Incline merkin
Back to blocks
in cadence 16 of each: curls, skull crushers, squat to press, chest press, sit ups
Run 2.5 laps end up at curb by picnic benches
in cadence 16 Muhammad Ali,
Head to picnic benches OYO 16 of each: Decline merkins, Squats, Dips, Incline merkin
Back to blocks
in cadence 12 of each: curls, skull crushers, squat to press, chest press, sit ups
Run 3.5 laps end up at curb by picnic benches

Back to blocks 8 curls in cadence. Put blocks back
1 burpee to do more than Cherry Bomb at the Sword
20 Crunchy Frog in cadence, finish with 10 WWIIs
Good times, definatley glad I went to 16 on round to instead of 18, 16 of the block exercises were hard enough. Thanks Scrappy for the playlist ideas, as you know it recieved lots of compliments (other than the kid rock song that snuck in there). 65 and wet felt just about right.
