  • When the PAX arrived, I gave everyone a choice…grab your own weights from Carpet Bagger's truck.  Most chose wisely.  The Force did not!

THE WARMUP

  • 25x SSH
  • 15x IST
  • 15x Toy Soldier
  • 10x slooooow windmill
  • 10x long snapper
  • 15x mountain climber 
  • 10x merkins

THE THANG

 

Everyone grabbed 2 weights. 

  • We rucked  to the northwest and did deconstructed burners
  • we rucked to the northeast corner and did cardio with weights 
  • we rucked to the southeast corner and did abs
  • we rucked to the church building and did weighted people's chair with exercises 

 And then did once more.

 

and then twice more.

 

then we came back to the cars, did 15-8-count burners, and v-ups.

 

Recover recover.

 

and that's when the Force dropped.  He was the only one who carried 2 35 plates and he felt it at the end.
