10 men and 1 Toxic braved the 60 degree temps with sunny skys for a good ole beatdown. It was a glorious morning. I met some new dood that is named after a hamer to start. Then everyone strolled in with -10 seconds to spare. Lets go and let the whining begin-

Indian run down Parkgrove st to Queens corner. Everyone through twice.
Tried to start merkin timebomb but Ultra advised to run up to the roundabout. So we did that
Mosey to the roundabout where we did a merican timebomb
Painclock Time!: Run all the way around to 1 o'clock for 1 burpee and 11 mericans. Run all the way around to 2 o'clock for 2 burpee and 10 mericans. Run all the way around to 3 o'clock for…well, you get the idea…all the way to 12 o'clock. Around 8/9 we decide to alter the burpees with squats.When you finish, just plank, hang out or just whine some more.

-So much whine so I know if was a good beat down. Even our new 50 year old Toxic grandpa could hardly walk at the end.
