Six fellas came out to a bright morning at Cobalt to do some leg stretching, core and Broga in advance of the MLF3 Get Your Rear in Gear Sprint Triathlon this weekend (not so shameless plug for link to registration and fundraising comntinues: https://donate.coloncancercoalition.org/fundraise-your-way-active/MILF3_GetYourRearInGear_SprintTriathlon). True to form, we managed to cover a litany of groinal references, but we all left feeling better than when we arrived.
