Sorry for the late post Gents……
Brought some toys from home for my second Q: 12lb Slam Ball, 30 in plyo box, KB 35 & 50 lb, and a jump rope.
Warm up
Arm & Back stretches. The group ran 12 lengths of the parking lot and each of us had a chance to carry the slam ball and throw it down 10x.
First rounds of the Gauntlet:
jump rope
50lb KB Deadlifts
up and over the box
35lb KB Chest High swings
slam balls
Pacer ran half the parking lot.
Second Round of the Gauntlet:
Jump roap
50lb KB Gobblet squats
up and over the box
35lb KB swing and push
slam balls
Pacer ran half the parking lot.
The whole group did one last lap around the parking lot prior to MARY.
Situps, crunches, six inches, and planks all around.
