We all knew it was hump day, so we decided to to our trek backwards today.  We moseyed to the apartments in the southwest corner of Birkadale for our warmup.

WARMUP

Then we moseyed to the rock pile where we avoided Caroetbaggers rocks and the snakes to grab our own.

  • Farmer carry jog to the stop sign and back

we moseyed to Fleet Feet, did a mobility moment, sprinted to the AO, and recover recover.
