Burner in the Summer

We met for a burner of a workout in the middle of the summer.  The men were prepared and the mumble chatter was minimal.

Warmup

  • Lap around the parking lot
  • 25x SSH
  • 10x Toy Soldier
  • 10x Imperial storm trooper
  • 10x Long snapper
  • 10x slow windmill
  • 15x Mountain climber
  • 10x merkins

All in cadence

THE THANG: With Weights

  • 10x squats
  • 10x curls
  • 10x OHPs
  •  10x skull crushers
  • 15x 8-count burners

we then took a lap around the parking lot and stopped at each corner for pain.

in between sets 2 and 3, we did a mobility moment.

after set 3, we did glute bridges and pillow talk.
