5 men tried to partner up at #BRP and it got weird.
Warmup: Are you a Beatles fan or an Elvis fan? According to Pulp Fiction, a man is one or the other. For voting purposes, the odd number helped and the Beatles it was.
"Help!" by the Beatles was the first song on a dubious Scrappy playlist and we took off to the BRP track for a warmup.
SSH, Slow windmill, IST
200 m sprints and mosey a few times around the track
Partner Up! – wait we have 5 men. Jersey Boy would modify.

1. Jersey Boy attempted an EH needing a partner and found an older athlete doing sprints training for a master's running event. JB is the EH king.
2. Mr. Holland ran the standard and was rocking the #DoubleRambo (no sleeves and headband) as usual. You gotta pick one Holland. Only Rambo goes double Rambo. #GYMR
3. Popcorn won most of the sprints. He's fast and his music choice is even faster. Death metal guitar rifs occupied his DJ'ing pefromance.
4. Ramrod pushed me around the track like a ragdoll. I was his toy.
Good work men! Popcorn and Holland noted that my workout seemed "slow" but probably bc they sprinted so hard .
Great push! Thanks for leading Jersey Boy. Always good to see you. Respect.
