Did we train harder than last time? I think so.

The force, Cherrybomb, Slingshot, and YHC for a humid three miles none of us were feeling.

Warm-o-rama:

SSH, Toy Soldiers, and Windmills IC

3 rounds 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats OYO

The Thang:

Grab a block and partner up for Dora

50 pullups, 100 Squat Thrusters, 150 Skull Crushers, 200 Squats, 300 Curls. Run 1 island as a timer.

Two rounds of max effort pushups with your partner(s) judging you and potentially encouraging you. I believe Ultraman took the record, although I heard a lot of awesome numbers in the 70's and 80's.

Three rounds of max effort dips.

BREAK: We had to stop and appreciated a slight breeze that picked up at one point.

Mary:

Low flutter and SSH IC

RECOVER RECOVER

Moleskin:

– It was good to be back behind the wheel. I've been in the gym lately and have missed seeing the guys.

– Either the workout was bad or Toxic and The Force didn't totally hate the music I played. It was a nice mixture of late 90's early 2000's featuring Dispatch, Ben Folds, Matisyah, Real Big Fish, the Blues Traveler.

– Pretty sure Cherrybomb, The Force, and Kosar are all eating the TrenBologna sandwhiches, because they all had their shirts off and looking jacked! We haven't had any formal discussions about PED's in F3 LKN before, but with IronPax fast approaching it may be wise for us all to go on a cycle!

– Security at LFC was brought up, be careful when leaving your keys under your car/on the tire.

– Kosar is planning a get together at the WWC, be on the lookout for a preblast.

Until next time, remember:  Always train harder than you did last time, and glute bridges are a waste of time.
